Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will not be charged. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to half the service price, due before the next scheduled appointment. - Lessons rescheduled within the same work week (Wednesday–Sunday) will not incur a cancellation fee. - No-Call, No-Show appointments require full payment of the service price before booking the next appointment. - Appointments cancelled by staff due to weather or illness will not be charged.
